Everwood Farmstead Foundation ~ Spoon Carving Workshop
Come enjoy an introduction to the ancient craft of carving wooden spoons! Participants will begin with an introduction to the hand tools involved in the process (including safety tips!) and an overview of spoon design. The rest of the day will be spent bringing a roughed out spoon blank to nearly finished form. All supplies will be provided and all levels of experience are welcome (limited to 8 participants). Come learn, enjoy the company of others and make some shavings!
